Our repertoire includes the use of the multi-inclination plane of the GRAVITYSystem® to enable more than 200 body-resistance exercises that transit into an effective workout that builds endurance, stamina and strength, while improving flexibility and balance.

In our sessions, you will experience music, repetitions (reps), intensity, tempo, rest periods and sets. Our periodised programmes will work you hard at a progressive pace, with some sessions being more intensive than others, allowing your body to rest and recover.
