Unlike other fitness gyms, our group classes are conducted in small an engaging environment. Turbocharged by an upbeat music, you will experience a challenging full-body workout through a combination of strength and circuit training. Dynamic and never boring, our fitness sessions are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Our repertoire includes the use of the multi-inclination plane of the GRAVITYSystem® to enable more than 200 body-resistance exercises that transit into an effective workout that builds endurance, stamina and strength, while improving flexibility and balance.

In our sessions, you will experience music, repetitions (reps), intensity, tempo, rest periods and sets.
