Assessment Process

Structured Assessment:  We derive a thorough understanding of your physical fitness through a structured process tuned to discover the nature and background of your condition. A detailed postural and movement assessment, muscle testing and evaluation on your flexibility & mobility will be conducted to identify your range of motion as well as muscle imbalances if any. Based on the assessment, a customized bespoke program will then be designed to address those imbalances or conditions to improve your performance and achieve your intended goal.
