Classes and Bookings
All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. As a courtesy to other clients, please be punctual as classes will start on time.
Do book in advance to save your spot. Bookings can be made through phone, SMS, in person or via email.
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your class if there are any changes to your attendance. We understand that plans change and emergencies can crop up and are happy to accommodate to changes, given valid reasons. Cancellations without appropriate notice or reason are chargeable. We appreciate that you respect the time of our instructors and other clients by informing us if you are unable to attend so that we can offer the slot to other waitlisted clients.
We require a minimum of two participants to start a group class. Classes that do not meet the required number of participants may be cancelled three hours before the start of class. Should the class that you signed up for be cancelled, you will be notified via phone-call or text message.
First Visit to Momentum
If it is your first time at Momentum, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class to fill up our registration forms, and to familiarise yourself with our studio.
Do bring along any relevant medical documentation so that our instructors can make sure the exercises are tailored to your fitness needs. Your safety is our priority, so be sure to let us know if you have any medical conditions, injuries or are pregnant prior to your class.
Do wear form-fitting clothing that allow you to move comfortably. You will want to be sure that the instructor can see your body well enough to make corrections to your posture.
You will not need to wear shoes for the classes but you may feel more comfortable with socks.
For your safety and comfort, please remove all jewellery and watches before class.
For ladies with long hair, do ensure that your hair is tied up during class.
Please bring along your own towel for class.
Please sign in at the registration counter before the start of your class.
Please place your bags and belongings in the lockers provided at the back of the studio, and label your locker with the markers provided.
Please ensure that your mobile devices are on silent mode and speak softly to avoid distracting others. Having a focussed mind will help you make the most of your class.
Please help us to wipe down the equipment at the end of each session with the disinfectant and cloths provided.
