So while most people were sleeping in on the last day of the precious weekend, I got up for a 6:20 am ride for the 39km. We were going really slow this morning, averagely 26km/h, so it was a nice and easy ride (especially after the 75km I did the morning before). Felt that I had lots of energy left, so I decided to go for a short run. And also because my triathlon’s in a month and I seriously have barely clocked any mileage for the run segment… Despite not running much lately (more like at all, actually. Because the last time I ran was a month ago…), I managed to do a short run around Bishan Park without feeling like death.
